This workshop is presented under the auspices of Mr. Robert Ingraffia, Superintendent

Education Service Region of Cook County

 

Note:  Aides and Teachers needing CPR refresher training will report to Lester Crawl School according to the schedule sent by Robin Beymer.

 

All faculty and staff will meet in their individual buildings, with meetings beginning at 8:45 a.m.

 

8:30 – 8:45      Networking

 

8:45 a.m.         Review each buildings’ mission statement

 

8:55 a.m.         Review of current School Improvement Plan:  Committees of the Whole

                        will consider recommendations for modifications to the 2004-2005 plans.

 

9:40 a.m.         Coolidge, Crawl, Oak Glen, & Reavis staff will work on developing a prioritized

                        list of multilevel reading materials for 2004-2005 school year (use provided form).

 

                        Memorial:  Subject area team meetings to discuss writing across the curriculum

considering/discussion grade level notes from the May 28th inservice.  Turn in a copy

of subject area report to Rob Zimbelman and make additional copies for each team.

 

10:40 a.m.       Break

 

11:00 a.m.       Coolidge, Crawl, Oak Glen, & Reavis staff will work on developing a prioritized

                        list of math manipulatives for 2004-2005 school year (use provided form).

 

                        Memorial:  Team meetings to discuss writing across the curriculum

considering/discussing results of subject area discussions.  Turn in a copy of team

 report form to Rob Zimbelman.

 

NOON             Lunch

 

12:45 p.m.       Continue pre-lunch activities – providing building principal needed information.

 

1:45 p.m.         Break

 

2:00 p.m.         Teachers will finalize arrangement of student records and recording of SAT labels.
