Grades 1 – 5 will meet in the Coolidge Gym for Assessment (2 CPDU’s)

1:00                              SIGN-IN

1:00 – 1:30          Introduction, Math Curriculum Plan, Role of Assessments in Closing the

                              Achievement Gap.

1:30 – 1:40          Break/Move to New Location

1:40 – 2:10          Grades 1-3 Go to Coolidge LRC Computer Lab for Scantron Work Session

1:40 – 2:10          Grades 4-5 Stay in GYM for Preparing Students for the ISAT

2:10 – 2:20          Break/Move to New Location

2:20 – 2:50          Grades 1-3 Return to the GYM for Preparing Students for the ISAT

2:20 – 2:50          Grades 4-5 Go to Coolidge LRC Computer Lab for Scantron Work Session

2:50 – 3:00          Break/Move to New Location

3:00 – 3:20          Everyone in the GYM for Guiding Kids to be Smart Test Takers.

 

  *Elementary Special Education teachers will participate with the most appropriate grade level.

§        Project with the Success Center – Contingency Plan

§        Review DCFS Referral Procedures

§        New Student Support – What should/could we be doing?

Health Aides to Meet at Crawl

1:00 – 3:20          Robyn Beymer to report on changes to state policy and regulations

 

Speech, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologist

1:00 – 3:20          Review, discuss and turn in meeting notes to Dawn Russert on changes to ISBE and IASA policies

                              regarding criteria for acceptance of students into programs.  How can we narrow the criteria?

 

Elementary LRC Directors to Meet at Coolidge

1:00 – 3:20          Discuss AR programs, develop book lists for Library Per Capita Grant
