Submitting a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request
Requests should state that information is being sought under the Freedom of Information Act. Requests must be in writing and provide a brief, but specific description of the public records requested. Requests must be submitted by mail, e-mail, or in person to Philip Schumaker, Freedom of Information Officer, pschumaker@d158.net .

In accordance with FOIA, those making a request will receive a response within five business days of the receipt of the request. An extension of time may be needed for reasons stated in 5 ILCS 140/3(e)(i-vii).
