Members from the Reavis Girls on the Run team sponsored a food drive to collect food and monetary donations for families in need over the holiday season. In addition to collecting enough food items for 12 families, the team raised enough money to provide gift cards to local supermarkets. #RoadrunnerPride

Students in Mrs. Rhodes' fourth grade class created a series circuit of Christmas lights to go along with their Physical Science Unit on electricity. Students labeled their circuit and used a 9 volt battery as their energy source to light their resistors (or Christmas lights). We have some electrical engineers in our future! #RoadrunnerPride

During the month of November Mrs. DiGrispino held her Kindness Club for 1st and 2nd graders at Coolidge Elementary. They covered a variety of ways to show kindness to others though stories, activities, and games. The students also had weekly activities to share with their families, friends and peers. What a great way to show our future leaders how important it is to spread kindness throug our day to day encounters.
